How I Started:
I started working out because I wanted to improve my life and look better :)
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because it makes me feel good, and I love the pump I get from working out, also it keeps me healthy and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes its hard to stay motivated, but I try to stay focused and keep my mind on my goals and take it one day at a time.
BB Accomplishments:
When I first started bodybuilding my starting weight was 163Lbs. I'm now 202Lbs, I would say that's an accomplishment.

Done a great job of building that body so far. Front and back looking very muscular and solid definition. Excellent traps, solid chest/pecs, arms/forearms,Powerful looking back. Continued success with your training. André
