Do I really have a short term goal, hhmm..Losing 25lbs would proably be it but ultimiatly I want a lifestyle change.
Goal (Long):
I really just want to lose wait and start living healthier. I don't want to feel tired all the time. I want a lifestyle change. I'm ready to make that change, no better time than the present.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb

OK folks, i actually did it. I did my two miles outside. I'm so excited!!! I actually achieved a goal that I had set out for myself. :-) Now all I have to do is be consistant with the two miles for the next couple of weeks. I figure i'll give myself a month at two miles before I try and go up...

I wish you much success with achieving your goals. If you stay focused and workout regularly with intensity and eat 5 to 6 small clean healthy meals a day there is an excellent chance for you to succeed.

breakfast= egg beaters omlet with brocolli,onions and green peppers and turkey bacon or sausage with a V8 juice to drink snack = cottage cheese and 15 almonds. Lunch = Spinach and field green salad with lots of veggies, peppers tomatos brocolli etc, can of solid white tuna mixed with 1/4 cup black beans, snack 2 = several turkey and cheese roll ups, dinner = grilled or baked meat, with grilled or steamed veggies and some more beans red or black. snack 3 = tablespoon of peanut butter,
