How I Started:
I have always been interested in fitness and nutrition. I tried going to a gym after I had my child, but I was very uncomfortable at the gym. Eventually my significant other took me to the gym with him. I have been there ever since.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the way I feel after weight training. My body feels good and mentally I feel wonderful. I enjoy the results of my hard work. I also enjoy all the complements I get about my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel like a marshmallow if I do not go to the gym. That is all the motivation I need.
BB Accomplishments:
I started out weight training weighing about 105 lbs. with 17% body fat. I now weigh 130 lbs. of solid muscle and I vary between 12 and 15% body fat now.
I have been weight training in the gym for years. I have good biceps, my tris need work. If I flex you can see that I have pectoral muscles but not at rest. I would like a firmer glutes (what girl doesn't. One day my abs will pop ;) I have vertical lines but not horizontal lines. Sadly no six pack. I absolutely love my calves but my left is smaller than my right calve. I have been going insane in my effort to even them up. I would also like to lose just a bit more body fat. Say 10% as opposed to 12%
