Going to the gym with a friend and injoyed doing it as a stress releaver but then grew to like it as a sport.
Why I Love It:
I love going there its like my second home i love the people the tips i get everyday and i learn new ways to improve and get bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
Magazines,People at the gym who are bigger then me and I want to be a Police officer so i need to be big!
BB Accomplishments:
i dont think iv accompished anything yet once i do then ill write it down! i need to get bigggger and stronger! !!staying all natural just protien shakes and eating like a beast thats my moto.
I was always a skinny kid and had a fast motabolizom and it was always hard for me to gain weight and im going to the gym 5 days a week and have a heavy strong diet i made myself ....the sea food diet I see food I EAT IT!!I love powerlifting the more i can lift the more closer to being the hulk i get!

i feel like if i stay all natural i will grow but the guys using steriods are so much bigger than me and i cant keep up with there mass my diet and workout is good so far but i have a friend whos taken the steriods and gained so much more mass and i cant keep up i hate it.....what do you...
it should be workin, just give it time! diet and sleep are a couple of the most importants things, outside of supplements, its amazing how much of a difference they make
Thnx a lot :) Though I am only 200 pounds, and I'm aiming for 215-220 range as well. I eat pretty much anything on sight all day long (not fast food, white bread or salt/sugar) and workout 6 nights a week, only single muscle group/day and 5 moves x 3 Sets x 8 reps (not including warm ups) and lift as much as I can, to the point that when I leave the gym I don't have energy left to walk :)) Also I use creatine, Nutrex Niox No2, No-Xplode, Leukic from muscletech.
thanks man i appreciate it! nah its taken a lot of time and strict training and diet..a little creatine and NO products help a lot too with the protein! nice definition man, keep it up!
