Gingerbee created a new BodyBlog entry "END OF 12 WEEK CHALLENGE".
Yes, I did it! I finished the 12 Week Transformation Challenge! Basically I followed Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer. Although I couldn't do all the workouts due to doctor's appointments or IĀ couldn't make the time after work. I did eat clean most of the time. Again I followed Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer. But I stayed in Phase 1 for the whole time. And I have to be honest sometimes I just couldn't resist a cheat meal. I am really happy to have participated in this challenge. Next I plan...
