How I Started:
I'm your classic ectomorph; tall, long limbs, fast metabolism. The moment I started working out and saw results, I got hooked. The only thing I'm having trouble with is the amount of food intake. I'm consuming more calories than I'm used to, but I consider that a challenge to overcome.
Why I Love It:
The gym keeps me sane from work and school. It's one of the few places (other than home) that I don't have to worry about anything
How I Stay Motivated:
I would like to test one of the natural competitive stages in late 2009.

In my younger years, I've always been the skinny guy. I still consider myself skinny, but at least I can see a little improvement. Within a 5 yeare time frame, I'd like to gain 20 more pounds of lean muscle.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
My ideal rep range per set are 12-6 reps because I pyramid my weights up after each set.

I usually rest less than a minutes each set to keep my heart rate up and to keep warm throughout the workout.
