How I Started:
I'm your classic ectomorph; tall, long limbs, fast metabolism. The moment I started working out and saw results, I got hooked. The only thing I'm having trouble with is the amount of food intake. I'm consuming more calories than I'm used to, but I consider that a challenge to overcome.
Why I Love It:
The gym keeps me sane from work and school. It's one of the few places (other than home) that I don't have to worry about anything
How I Stay Motivated:
I would like to test one of the natural competitive stages in late 2009.
I want to gain at least 5 lbs of lean muscle and get my BF percentage below 10% by December 2009.
Goal (Long):
In my younger years, I've always been the skinny guy. I still consider myself skinny, but at least I can see a little improvement. Within a 5 yeare time frame, I'd like to gain 20 more pounds of lean muscle.
