I just got tired of being the fat kid figuerd i heard all the girls ahh'ing at the muscles so i decieded i would get them after awhile i just began to love the way i look my self
Why I Love It:
Right after that workout When your muscles are so tight they hardly move and you can fill them throbing your swollen and just looking at them with the expression this is what i have done to my self and it is only going to get better :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and saying i wont be that fat kid ever agian

Goal (Long):
I would like to see my Abs and a much greater definition of my muscle I want to live healthy and happer then ive been I want more energy and more endurance in my life
I went to get my measurements today and get my body index taken, I wasnt expecting much I havnt been in football now for 2 years and havnt done much of anything but eat and lift but still i thought I was doing better then what today showed. When I looked at how much my waist has grown I felt...
I usually take about 5-10 grams a day. One 5 gram dose in the morning or afternoon before I train and then another 5 gram dose immediately after I train. For me its almost 50lbs per 1 gram of creatine.
Sorry it took so long for a reply, creatine has worked for me. I notice significant strength increase when I'm on it. I also see significant strength decrease when I'm not. Part of the gains from creatine will be water weight.
