So far so good I've lost 41 lbs since dieting and working out. I just wanna focus on gaing some muscle and getting definition, but other than that I'm happy with the results I've gotten.

The training is coming along great. I've lost 41 lbs since I started dieting and working out. I just wanna focus on gaining muscle and getting some type of definition, but so far so good. How is your training coming along?
