What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
The leg press to me is the most dangerous. The reason being because if you don't lock the weighs properly they can come down and crush you.

yes. eat a lot of protein haha. 5-6 meals a day. with protein being the biggest part of every meal. i would try 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight for u. if u want to have carbs..have them for breakfast & post workout. also with your other meals u should get in some veggies. protein powder is a very easy way to make sure u get all the protein u need.
