Goal (Long):
I want to drop the love handles and the man boobs and tone my body up and gain lean muscle mass. I want to get to a healthy BMI level.
I lost track of my focus when moving but I am back on track and reaching for my next set of goals! Alot has happened over the last few months. I lost focus and sadly I guess I didnt take everything seriously. I gained weight back from once being 260 and back up to 285 starting weight. I want to get to 200 long term goal.
My friend Kyle was right. Can't let women or anything else get in the way of my own goals and acheievements. I hope to one day have the same results or similar as he has attained!
this isn't easy. in fact its hard but it only gets better with time. for a while now i lost all focus and eventually didnt take things seriously. that changed. im sick of being fat. im sick of no women looking at me because im a disgusting fat ****. i wouldn't get a second look if i asked. so...
I am glad man that you’re very excited to be going to my gym. Recently because I have wanted to run in memorial park I have been going to the “Bally’s” off Postoak blvd. right after work. I just want you to know I got your back man and if you need any advice or training tips or hell even a workout partner for a day or so when you start to not feel as motivated. I will be there!
Hey whats up Gill!
How you been? I hear your going to be moving into Ricks house! Hey how the training going? Are you still workout? I am on a lean down and HIT style traing! 6 days a week! I am tired and Hungry as hell today!
its going pretty good, althought ive been stuck at 174 for about 2 weeks, i cant seem to loose any more weight, but i have been able to lift more, CONGRATS on the weight loss! keep it up!
Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great. Mark Twain
Aw, I'm so sorry to hear about your girl! I know that break ups are never fun! Keep your head up! And, you're welcome for the ad on myspace. I struggle with keeping up with that thing. Take care!
