Wanted to change my lifestyle. Started to get into weight lifting about 5 years ago. Had a back injury and quit. Now that I am getting older and my kids are highly active I need to keep up with them. One is in Gymnastics and the other plays basketball, softball, and volleyball.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel better about myself and have more stamina. Plus there is no better way to take the stress off my mind and put towards my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
My kids to keep up with them.
