tylertabor i try to go as heavy as i can for ten reps on every workout and you have to keep adding weight so you'll become stronger and force the muscle to grow if your not sore the next day your not going hard enough... Oct 2, 2010 9:43am

tylertabor Thanks man my workouts are pretty normal monday-chest tris tuesday-back bis wednesday-off day thursday-delts traps friday-forearms shoulders weekends-legs abs. its mostly my diet and the large amount of whey i drink just start eating as much beef products chicken fish bread oatmeal pretty much anything with carbs and protein.
