How I Started:
I started when I was really bored, tired of school and I started to miss sports because I quited a while. That was a wrong decision. Anyway, I started training and after six weeks I noticed my muscle grew and I liked it a lot so I continued training. Now I love it so much and I am training really seriously.
Why I Love It:
Because you notice how your body is developing and growing and getting stronger and fitter. I just love it and I just want to continue get more muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's not hard for me to stay motivated because I enjoy training so much. Not only for the results but allso mentally it helps me a lot to achieve goals and focus on stuff.

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
I am just functioning better. I can put my energy in positive things and thanks to fitness I have a lot less stress.
