How I Started: Many years ago I was very thin naturally. I couldn't put on any weight so I started researching bb and I've loved it ever since.
Why I Love It: It empowers me. Makes me feel like there's nothing I can't do. I feel strong and confident when I walk. I stand taller and know that I am doing something good for myself. It's a little "me" time.
How I Stay Motivated: Look in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments: I make it downstairs to work out...that's an accomplishment.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Educate yourself by reading a lot of books.

If it's a working grunt it's fine, if it's an attention grunt that's a different story.

I'm trying a 3 day split now for a while and see how it goes:
Mon - Legs & shoulders
Wed - Back & bicep
Fri - Chest & tricep

The exercises vary so I won't be specific. My journal will have more detail.

Every one of my progress pics look the same to me...pitiful, but I guess its a good thing b/c it keeps me motivated to work harder.
