How I Started:	Worked out leisurely for sports, was very serious with golf till about a year or more ago so staying fit was key just could'n really do full bore lifting and now I'm completly dedicated to seeing my body change, so we'll see what happens.
Why I Love It:	I'm just enjoying the process and taking it all in.
How I Stay Motivated:	At first I was like meh... I'll just look fit, but not after some thought I'm going to be huge... some day.
