  • Hey, Ms. Ma'am! Oh. I know how you feel! I was just sick about a week ago! I lost two pounds in 2 days! I was so worried I would lose some mass. I really hope you get better. I know how the flu is. It's horrible! I hope you are "souping" up. Don't work too hard!! Sometimes that can make you lose wayy more weight and make you even lose muscle mass because you burn so many calories being sick. I feel for you!

    I'm just in a funk. It's so hard for me to gain muscle mass. Then, those around me don't have the same goals and that in itself can be unmotivating.

fit2fightAF PS..I'm a talker..lol.. I realized that I was a fast gainer throughout the 12 weeks. In the beginning I was bulking like crazy around early Oct, then started and was not gaining or losing...just crazy to me. It took me to get to week 9/10 to realize what was going on with me and what was taking effect. Now that the program is over, I need to find something else to do and to keep the regimented training going, stay in shape for soccer. whew...sorry for the life story:) Nov 26, 2012 1:38pm

fit2fightAF lo..oh and also, I felt like I was looking unbalanced and was freaking out. Like why are my arms shrinking, legs/shoulders and chest getting bigger. But I guess it's my build. :) I can gain 2 lbs and lose it real fast. I felt like I was starving myself initially, but I wasn't doing the cycling properly. So I had 2 days out of 6 that were high carb days (back and Leg day and on the day I have to run for 1 hr) The prigram was crazy, but I learned a lot about my body make up. Nov 26, 2012 1:33pm

fit2fightAF Yep, very accurate:) These last two weeks of the 12 weeks is where I carb-cycle. Then hit tons of cardio after high reps, heavy weights. I was losing so much water weight and BF. I was getting stronger ea wk. Then I wasn't doing the carb-cycling initially so I attacked wks 11/12 all over w/cycling. My arms toned, my legs got bigger, and throught the 12 weeks, I grew in different spots.. Nov 26, 2012 1:29pm
