Picked up a Dumbbell, it wouldn't let go.
Why I Love It:
The pain, the gains, the discipline, and the sacrifice. I become a better person after every workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing full well I only have this one life to live. Seeing Big Ron hunched over a bench, breathing heavy, wishing he could be anywhere else but here as he crawls up inside himself......before he rips out another set.
BB Accomplishments:
Trophies? None....yet. My current major accomplishment would be staying over 20% bf whilst maintaining control and confidence. Yeah my ass is probably to big for you conventionals, but watch it melt away when I decide the time has come.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-30. I prefer Pyramid sets, but also headfuck sets. For instance, 8 heavy reps, followed by 30 light reps, followed by 10 heavy reps. I just use my head and listen to my body.
