Since age 13, my desire was to be a bodybuilder. I looked at numerous magazine of female bodybuilder and crave for the same physique. After so many years longing for it, I decided to do something about it and joined a gym.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the body transform is amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family is my biggest inspiration and they are the ones who keep me motivated.
Hey buddy, how is everthing going, I hope well. It has been a while how is everything going. I hope well. Bye for now,God Bless you and keep up the faith.

Girl I know what you mean. I'm estimating an ideal weight for me will be around 150-160 lbs. One time I managed to get below that, and I was just too small. I'm not sure if it's because I lost muscle, or what. Oh well, you'll know when you reach the right weight for you. A lot of it depends on your current amount of lean weight, so I understand why it's hard to figure it out now. Stay in contact with me ok? Have a good one!! :) T
Girl it took 8 weeks for me to figure that out, but I tweaked meals and training two weeks ago. I've learned much in the process, so that's ok. Thanks for your support and encouragment. Also, you didn't mention what your goals were. T
Slowly but surely girl! When I reach your starting point of 20%, I will be floating around this board on 10. lol The inches are slowly falling, and technically I'm still in the "obese" range at over 30% fat, but changes are taking place. How is your progress coming along? What fat % do you hope to obtain? :) T
Hey Sis, I'm just stopping by to send warm thoughts and support. I also read your latest journal entry, and I plan to purchase Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto as well. Let me know what you think after reading the book and I'll do the same. Have a good one. :) Miss T
