how about you man? update me about your self. sorry i have been busy because of school stuff. I'ma transfer to another gym for some upgrade. Gold's gym is still the best here in the philippines but the number of gold's gym gyms here are only handful.

sorry man for a very late reply. My back is jacked up and my shoulders. my biceps and triceps are in fair condition. I'm trying not to put a lot of mass in my lower bodypart because it will make me look shorter but im increasing the strength not the mass. However, I'm on my quest for bigger chest and muscular abdominals.

thanks. it also comes with fat. i eat healthy natural foods but seems im consuming more than my muscle needs to grow. you're looking ripped man. having a low bodyfat percentage

im doing very well. im on my bulking phase. i'm eating clean foods 8-10x a day and it really minimizes any fat gain. just sick of eating the same food everyday. how about you man?

i have a question dude.. If all my workout programs are all compound exercise and i'll be giving isolation exercise only to my stubborn muscle will it give me the best gains ever? I dont have problems with the nutrition thing and thats the problem. I focused studying nutrition and i didnt mind studying training a whole lot more. i dont have a very wide knowledge in training. I wanna max out my genetics until my peak. THANKS MAN

im cutting up and wanting to lose those stored fats first before i start to bulk up again. My goal is to bench 200pounds wihout shaking and getting full reps.
what is your biceps workout? I have a stuborn chest and biceps and the rest are doing great.
