How I Started:
When i was in my elementary years, everybody is teasing me BIG FAT BOY. I started working out when i was 13 years old, I worked hard and changed my diet to lose weight. After 3 months I lose 20 pounds of fats and it is enough for my sweet revenge for those who insulted me. After achieving it, I'm hooked up with weight training because I love to see my body changing and it enhances my feeling, self confidence and health. I started serious bodybuilding january 2009 and I'm looking forward to become a model when I'm already 18 years old and in addition i want to become a bodybuilder who competes.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a wonderful feeling, health, GIRLS, self confidence, discipline, and to stand out from others.

How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing my muscles growing because of my hard work and proper nutrition. Seeing the hot girls looking at my body. Compliments from my friends and workout buddies. Just train hard and eat proper nutrition and that's it you'll achieve the body you always wanted.

If you add in negative reps in your training, you will hit the deep muscle fibers and create new growth in them, and you can also create new growth in the fast twitch fibers by doing moves as you stated..

Update Thursday May 28th, 2009. Have been doing 2 a day workouts lately experimenting with the outcome. So far so good I think, my abs are so sore! The things that used to stress me out weeks ago no longer bother me, I've risen above them. I'm just gonna go with the flow and everything will be fine. Train to gain!
Damn I am sore as hell! I'm proud of myself and my recent workouts, I really gave it 110 everytime, and combined with my new and improved diet I see good things coming. I'm gonna take it one day at a time, every detail matters. Time to eat.......
