How I Started:
I had a scare with my body and decided to take control and starting running and eating healthy. I lost 20-30 pounds and then fluctuated after that.
Why I Love It:
I feel great and look forward to results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I visualize the results before working out and play great music when I workout. This helps me give the workout my all.
BB Accomplishments:
I want to be lean and cut, especially well defined six pack abs.

Goal (Long):
I'm taking my small steps towards completing a marathon. I also want to get to 123 pounds and look ripped. The greatest goal is to maintain a health and active lifestyle.
For 30 minutes, I walked 5 minutes then jogged 1 minute. It's the endof my first week and I feel great. I had a little bit of struggle getting up this morning since I woke up twice in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep for an hour. Rrr! So I resulted in doing the workout...
Of course I am going to respond. I log on a few times a day just to see who is around. I'm bored, besides kids and the gym and work that is. Happy Thanksgiving......turkey is PROTEIN!!
