damn I been slacking off big time :(.... stupid midterms are getting me stressed out a little. Oh well, now thats it's over I gotta concentrate back on cutting. I have forgiven myself for being such a lazy ass ;), time to kick some ass now!!!!!

Hahaha, just diet, lifting and cardio of course. It just takes a little longer when you got a lot of fat. ;)
