I grew tired of being the skinny guy... at 6'1", weighing only 155lbs was unacceptable. The day came when simply wanting the change didn't suffice.
Why I Love It:
I love the zone. I love the progress. I hated the soreness and found any excuse to avoid the gym when I was younger... but now I love being counted amongst the few that remain dedicated to personal improvement.
How I Stay Motivated:
I imagine myself ten years from now... a self that stayed with it and a self that didn't.
I imagine the tomorrow when what I do today will pay off.
BB Accomplishments:
I've gone from 155lbs to 210lbs while keeping my bodyfat relatively low. More importantly, I've helped get out of shape people back into it, putting them on the path to healthy success.
He's where I'm trying to be and he's doing it the right way. Supplements here and there...okay... but if you feel you have to break the law to get it, you'll have it, but you'll never OWN it!
unfortunately, i wrote that goal two years ago. i hit my goal for body fat and weight....then went off track :o(
i'm back to my exercise routine now and well sad to say i am starting from square one...but i will not quit.
next time, i'll make sure to maintain. lol. how are you doing with yours??
fort bragg... your not far from me champ. Listen I'm touched you did that man it means alot... I don't take it lightly. Whatever you need to know just hollar at me. Strong words you put out there "never owning it" I like that...
Thanks for serving bro!!
