How I Started:
I played college football but got injured due to lack of fitness. I ended up joining the military where fitness plays a key role. It turned into a passion and I've been hitting it hard ever since!
Why I Love It:
I love it because it's about being healthy and understanding your body. It relieves stress, and looking good naked is a perk.
