Overall Goal:  I've always strove to be in the best shape I can while being lazy at the same time... but I gotta step it up a bit for all the time I've been slacking off.... Need to lose fat and pack on muscle.... So I could look PIMP!

Fit Status:  I go to the gym more now, almost everyday, sometimes twice a day, cuz there's nothing else to do in this got damn dessert....

Idunno, I just started being interested in building strength and practicing martial arts when I was around 16, then from there I was interested in building my physique and bought home equipment so I can work out at home, but I always liked going to the gym too.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me fit and strong and I like being the king of the jungle... or just able to back up my mean mug.... j/k
How I Stay Motivated:
Just seeing results and feeling the benefits of being fit & strong & seeing others who are fit or huge makes me wanna be like them.

Goal (Long):
I go to the gym 3-5 times a week and watch what I eat... literally I watch what I eat as I eat it, I don't care what it is as long as it taste good. I'm not really concerned about looking like an underwear model... This has been my lifestyle cuz I don't plan on letting myself go cuz I don't want to end up looking like a skinny & frail or over-weight and weak old man, I plan on staying this way and not aging anymore... And one day I'll posses a six pack... of visible abs.
