started at Gold's Gym about 6 years ago, got hooked on working out. started with 2-3 days a week and now workout 4 days a week.
Why I Love It:
I feel terrific after a good workout. can't believe I will be celebrating my 68th birthday this year. I feel like I am 30 again!!
How I Stay Motivated:
mental focus and feel good attitude are the key

have built muscle on overall frame and trimmed down some. noticeable increase in my strength as well

I want to lose fat around waste while toning chest, arm, back, shoulder and leg muscles and maintain my good health!
Goal (Long):
I have been working out for several years now and have been up and down with my weight. I want to permanently lose my belly fat and at least 25 pounds and build or tone up my muscles. I want to be able to look in the mirror and see a transformed body and want to do this by the end of 2009/this year.
