My Workout Program

Just trying to stay healthy and lean my main goal is to feel good about myself.  I rotate P90x 1 and 2 INSANITY and various HIT workouts.

Usually do the 5 to 6 meals thorugh the week then cheat on weekends but I am trying IF for the first time to see if I can shock my body.
