When I Started: Apr, 2008
How I Started: I was a Gymnast and a Cheerleader when I was younger so I've always been active, but since the "team sport" days are over for me I needed a new way to exerise/stay in shape.
Why I Love It: The way it makes me look and feel.
How I Stay Motivated: Realizing many of the health problems in my immediate family can hopefully be put off/completely avoided by me if I keep up the working out and being healthy.
