it's going alright, sorry for the late reply. Just got back from 17 days in europe.
Down to 178 and a lot of the weight loss was muscle :(. I needed a break and i'm eager to reload, set a schedule and a diet and push for 190.
How are your goals coming along.

I have used a couple cycles of creatine and i have always used protein shakes and meal replacements to make sure I eat every 2-3 hours.
