I want to share what has worked for me, these are the programs that I have implemented after I made my 'newbie gains', and have helped me push through plateau after plateau.
The first routine is below, the second is the modified, learned...
also how was it all muscle man, you eat literally nothing? Cause when I went for 10 days with drinking and bad sleeping every night I hardly lost anything. Just water weight which flies back on in a week.
Oh LOL, I carbed up(gained 10lbs, then lost 7...needed to do cause I was losing weight too fast and didn't want to sacrifice muscle) while on dnp and t3, and they just burned it up.
wow awesome physique brother, thanks for the add. Haha game addict I know when I look back it feels so useless and crap. I played Wow too, but my parents made me quit then I started css, but now I ended with fitness which is far more satisfying keep me up to date man and I hope I look like you some day:P
