After taking 5 years off from the gym and getting fat and losing lots of muscle, I decided I was tired of being out of shape. I started off trying to cut all the fat. I went from 255 down to 230. I kept hitting the weights hard and heavy and Im now at 250. I have gained some fat but at 250 again Im more muscular and leaner than when I first started at 250.
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of lifting heavy weights and I like the pump I get.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated just by looking at old pics of what I used to look like and I know I dont ever want to look that out of shape again.
