I got started because I've had enough of making excuses, sitting around, and being fat. It's time to change my way of thinking! Dedication is key!
Why I Love It:
I have to admit, that I feel great after I work out or go for a run. I love the energy that it gives me.

Goal (Long):
I'm tired of making excuses! It actually takes more time thinking of a good excuse as to why I can't work out, or why I should eat this bad food etc. than actually going for a run or to the gym. I'm disappointed that my old clothes don't fit me anymore and it is no one's fault but my own. My goal is to loose the 35 lbs that I have gained over the last three years and say good bye to it forever!!

Thank goodness the holidays are over! I have been eating terribly over the last week and a half, and I'm so glad to be done with all the rich holiday foods.  Goodbye cheese, meat, crackers, and assortment of deserts. Today is January 1st, and the beginning of strict 2009 clean eating!

Just remember what ever eating plan and exercise plan you choose, stay consistent with it and if you are not seeing the progress you want within a couple of weeks don't give up you may just have to tweak one thing in your diet or exercise plan. Also don't be scared to lift heavy weights if muscle were easy to build I would be a lot bigger. Have good day and if you have any questions I will answer them the best I can or I will find the answer.
