What is your cardio exercise plan?
I do low intensity cardio when cutting.

When I bulk/maintain, I ride mountain bikes, surf and run.

Thank you. Let me shoot you another quest. On off-days how did you adjust your diet? I tried DC for a bit but my health wasn't that good but I remember it being hard to gauge activity due to it being only 3 days a week. My diet is similar to yours (slightly more protein, just to "make sure").
