Hey girl. Havent been on here for awhile. Had boyfriend issues, but they are all good now! I measure my bodyfat weekly also. We have a handheld one, which is not that accurate, but it still tells you each week if you're lost fat!

Hey girl. I'm doing ok. I lost 5 lbs last week due to stress so I saw some low numbers, but I they have gone back up a little.I havent been eating very good. Chickfila too much! lol How's your week been?

You think so?!I dieted, cardio, weights, now I'm doing pilates, yoga. I have done it all and I think that is why I havent plateaud! I feel awesome! Thanks for the compliment!

Yeah you're making progress.You'll know when people start commenting more! lol I reached my original goal of 130 but now I am trying to get to 120 probably. I am 126 now. So I think another 6 lbs and lowering my bodyfat some more, should be the rest of the "fat loss"j segment of my journey..hopefully. Then I just want to start hitting the weights more and toning up.

Pretty good! I think I pulled of 2 more lbs! Which is really good at this point. I see your new pics! I can tell you lost in your tummy and legs for sure! It's so amazing what these pics can do! Keep it up, you'll be there in no time!

AWw I bet camping was fun! I ate a couple bad things this weekend too,dont feel bad. But didnt miss a day of exercise! I measure every month, so that there is really a difference, but I weigh and log it once a week, usually Fridays so IF I eat bad during the weekend I have until the next fri to work it off! lol But keeping a log in excel on the computer has helped me see my progress more. Cuz sometimes you cant tell you lost 1.5 lbs just by looking!

Yeah I saw your myspace. Your babies are beautiful. You still look really good for having twins. I dont know about me doing fitness competitions. It's almost like I wanna pretend like I'm gonna do one, so that my body looks like it,but I dont think I could actually go through with one though. But hey you never know! lol

You are not even where I started out at...as far as not as heavy as I was. I was 170!!! on a 5'3" frame. You have obviously done it before, but I know if I can do it...anyone can.

Thanks for the compliment.I have just been eating right and going to the gym a million days a week. No j/k. But yeah just fruits, veggies, lowfat dairy and no red meats hardly. I am not where I want to be yet, but I'm pretty close. Good luck to you and reaching your goals. It can be done, IF I can do it. lol
