Overall Goal: I want to cut my body by my 23rd birthday (June 2010)
GET BIGGER ARMS!
Get serious now... Hopefully everything will work out and I will continue to stay in shape!
I just want to get in better shape, change my body type around, become more muscular and toned.
Started going to the YMCA running on the treadmill and doing some ab crunches and lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
I would love to see more toned arms and a better chest.
I would love to live a better and healthier life, gain more muscle.... when I was younger I was like a stick and I just want to look better, gain muscle as well as confidence.
Everytime I watch tv or get online I see someone I would like to look like, someone with great arms and great abs & chest.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just by thinking about how my body will improve over time and how much more I can attract the girl of my dreams, lol... as long as I keep working out and lifting weights.
Keep looking in the mirror and taking pictures to post my progress and see some progress.
BB Accomplishments:
Just to tone out and gain some muscle and weight.

I am staying committed this time cause I want to see some change in my body over the next couple of months.
Progress: Exercising a lot more... trying to stay away from the soda, drinking more water, milk (2%), and green tea. However, the diet is hard to change, but I want to.
All suggestions are a plus!
Front view, chest and abs, you can see more definition than before. I've been doing crunches and push ups like crazy all week... and going to the YMCA running the treadmill and workin on the weight machines.
I love feeling the burn of my muscles, I know they are workin now!
New... I bulked up a little from approx 190 to 210. I don't know if you can see the difference.
Now its really time to tone out... and lose a little bit of the weight.

It's still all good doc, as long as you push through even when you fall off and keep going no matter what, thats what stands true...on my end is pretty rough but I'm doing what I can to hold on, I've been a away from home for a good while so I haven't fully been able to do everything in my diet and training, so I do what I can do until I get back home
Regardless of what you have heard. Getting a gym membership is the best thing you can do. I mean if you have ten's of thousands of dollars to by professional equipment go for it.
You will max out on DB's real quick. So start off with getting a gym membership and possibly look in the the Max-OT program.
