How I Started:
My big brother =] I stopped in 2005, but in June 2008 I got serious about getting the body of my dreams.
Why I Love It:
Energy, strength, confidence, looking hot, stress/anger relief. The gym in consistent, it doesn't lie, it tells me when I've f-ed up, and it's always there for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Last guy I dated told me "I love your mind, but I don't find you very attractive." Ouch. Time to get off my ass and cut the fat.
I'm doing this for anyone who ever thought that my body spoke badly of my fitness knowledge and willpower-- especially me.

Working on losing 17 pounds and 8% body fat...
By Thursday, November 6 I want to be at 120 lbs. with 18% body fat. I need to lose 1.5 pounds of fat per week. I will eat 1400-1600 calories per day split 40-30-30 (105g protein, 46g fat), do 30-40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week alternating between HIIT and LISS, and lift MWF using a 3-day split. I need to drink plenty of water, take a multivitamin, and get adequate rest, reducing my stress level as much as possible.
I am doing this because of everybody who thinks I can't, so I can move away and start a new life, because of my father, because of being the chunky cheerleader in high school, because Isaac said I wasn't attractive, because I don't want men hollering about my junk in the trunk, because since age 8 I have wanted to be an ass-kicking woman and prove that I could be just as athletic as the boys, so that I can dress however I want and look good, so I can have energy for law school, so I can graduate from college feeling that I really achieved something, for the sake of girls with eating disorders everywhere who just don't know how to hit the weights and get in shape, for my high school reunion, so I can be Lara Croft for Halloween, and for fun! A million good reason to do it, only one not to--because I lack willpower. I will not be weak-willed.
