I've been working out off and on since I was a kid. I've always been interested in sports, martial arts, wrestling, boxing and weight training.
Why I Love It:
I feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have type 2 diabetes. If my diet and workouts are slacking, then so is my control. I was on insulin for about 6 weeks back in 2004 and that's when I got serious about working out (Lifting, Boxing, Diet). I haven't been on insulin since, but I have taken some breaks from working out due to my work and school schedules but I always come back for more.

It’s been two months since I’ve started tracking my workouts in my journal again and so far so good. I really want to focus on developing my traps and biceps for the remainder of the year and hopefully I can see a significant improvement. Losing body fat is still a priority but I’m sure...
