STRESS RELIEVER for me. Also I get bored easy and need something to do. When I was not working out while going to school, working full time, and having my kids. I was one moody bitch. It is really nice to get back into it and see the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just seeing my ASS get smaller. My kids are now 5 and 9 so it is much easier to get my workouts in. It is motivating when my kids workout with me as well. I think it is one of the best gifts to give your kids. MUSIC, MUSIC, MUSIC. I could workout for hours while listening to music which, puts me in a zone. ME TIME!! But would be nice to have a workout partner.
