STRESS RELIEVER for me. Also I get bored easy and need something to do. When I was not working out while going to school, working full time, and having my kids. I was one moody bitch. It is really nice to get back into it and see the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just seeing my ass get smaller and tone up. I also am motivated when my kids join me in a work out. I think it is one of the best gifts to give your kids. Also, motivated when people put me down for working out. I could workout for hours and just be in a zone. ME TIME!!

Starting to work out at 161 pounds.
To early to be drinking. I will hit it after the gym. You know right before work.
Mon 30 min cardio/Back/abs
Tue 30 min cardio/Chest
Wed circuit/abs
Thur 30 min cardio/legs
Fri 30 min cardio/Shoulders/abs
Sat 30 min cardio/arms
Sun rest or put in an extra work out

The workouts are gooing great! Really have seen some improvements. How are you doing? Great pics. I need to update mine, I had some more work done on my half sleeve tat. So I need to let it heal before I post it.
Awesome, I'll be even better after my bulking is finished, I feel full all the time, it's not what I'm used to! I'd rather be cutting, I like being a little hungry and ripped! Hope training is going good for you and it's nice hearing from you!
woman!!! wha't is it with you and drinkin??? you've made a huuuge improvement but part of that sacrifice is fighting those demons that are good from far (and ready to havee) but far from good!! fight it!
