What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Do it for yourself, if you are doing it for anyone else you will eventually stop...

size on(during), aminos and cytogainer
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Watch a Markus Ruhl or Branch Warren workout video, listen to some music, etc
