Goal (Long):
Before next summer begins to approach us, my goal is getting my weight from 180 to 190. My bench from 300 to 315, Squat from 450 to 500, and Deadlift from 405 to 465.
OH- and Win my next Cage fight!!!!

CHEST
DB Press: 2 warm up sets, 4 heavy sets of 3-5 reps
Incline Barbell Press: 4 sets of 10-6 reps
Wide Grip Bench Press to the Neck Superset w/ DB Flyes: 3 sets of 15-10 reps
DB PullOvers: 3 sets of 10 reps
Tuesday
LEGS
Squats: 2 warm up sets, 4 heavy sets of 10-6...
