How I Started:
I wrestled the 103lb. weight class my freshman year in high school. Weighing only 96lbs. I was always at a great disadvantage. After that year I began working out and eating better to put on size and strength.
Why I Love It:
I don't know ...i guess its kind of like my drug fix. For whatever reason if I don't go to the gym my body feels like something is missing. I've tried seeking professional help but they said its too late ....I'm a nonrecoverable gym addict. PLEASE HELP !!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think that listening to fast paced music and looking at myself in the mirror keeps me motivated. I also have a great workout partner who is always there through thick or thin. He pushes me daily and refuses to ever let me give up.
BB Accomplishments:
I must say transferring my 96lb. body into 179(as of 1/8/07)lb. lean machine. Oh, and I got to add that I finally got the chance to experience a leg workout that ACTUALLY caused me to throw up my entire meal. At least now I know what guys go through when they workout to that extreme.

Ok, when I go to the gym, I just sit around and watch other people workout. This motivates my body so much that it just starts growing! I don't get it ...it just does
Oh oh... LOL.. sounds like now is a good time to reassess things ;) Blast those legs but - make sure you know what your puking threshold is.. you don't want to waste a high protein supper!! hehehe
Well today I started supplementing and tomorrow will be my first workout with supplements. Hopefully I will continue to make great progress. I plan to post new pics of myself on here today so that I can use for comparison purposes eventually
HEY,...for all who don't already know,...today (1/29) was my first day back from a 3week neck injury!!! My a.m. workout went great..just waiting to see how my p.m. workout turns out!
natural penut butter. cause peter pan and all the processed ones have trans fat. natural pb is really healthy. and damn, i cant believe you abstain from sex for working out! real didication man.
