When I Started: Jul, 1996
How I Started: I wrestled the 103lb. weight class my freshman year in high school. Weighing only 96lbs. I was always at a great disadvantage. After that year I began working out and eating better to put on size and strength.
Why I Love It: I don't know ...i guess its kind of like my drug fix. For whatever reason if I don't go to the gym my body feels like something is missing. I've tried seeking professional help but they said its too late ....I'm a nonrecoverable gym addict. PLEASE HELP !!!
How I Stay Motivated: I think that listening to fast paced music and looking at myself in the mirror keeps me motivated. I also have a great workout partner who is always there through thick or thin. He pushes me daily and refuses to ever let me give up.
BB Accomplishments: I must say transferring my 96lb. body into 179(as of 1/8/07)lb. lean machine. Oh, and I got to add that I finally got the chance to experience a leg workout that ACTUALLY caused me to throw up my entire meal. At least now I know what guys go through when they workout to that extreme.
Forum Signature: If your not bigger than me now, you never will be! And if you are, you'd better watch your back !!! I refuse to let anyone outwork me in the gym on any given day.

Well today I started supplementing and tomorrow will be my first workout with supplements. Hopefully I will continue to make great progress. I plan to post new pics of myself on here today so that I can use for comparison purposes eventually
