How I Started:
I used to be a long distance runner and I was getting to be very skinny. So I quit that all together and got into weight lifting. But now I am trying to even out my cardio and weight lifting.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because basically "I am in LOVE with myself"...HA And Its the next step to becoming a GREEK GOD! I love mirrors...Ha
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because its a challenge that few have accomplished. I am O so close.
BB Accomplishments:
Having a very low body fat percentage, but most importantly,to make people jealous. Getting big is so overrated!
I try and get 10. If It is summer and I am trying to get cut, I might try and hit 15 to 20 reps. In the winter I try and put on weight so I at least get 8 heavy reps in.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I rest 30 secs to a min.! Nothing more, get done and get out! Don't be that guy that stays on the Leg Press Machine for 30 min., you might be showing off but people will hate you...lol

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
It is almost impossible to find a good workout partner. I have been through hundreds, and have finally found someone that has the determination as me. They are great for lifting heavy weight and getting extra reps. But believe me they do more harm than good, you have to wait for them to get there, change the weight and etc. and if they don't show up you lose motivation.It is almost impossible to find a good workout partner.
