I am an out-of-work writer and high school student. :)

How I Started:
I started messing with weights when I was 14. I found my dad's dumbbells one day. I used his 10lb. warm-up dumbbell because it was the only one I could lift. I would mess around with it on occasion: dumbbell curls and lateral raises, some exercises I might have made up, etc. When I was a little older, I learned about working out all the different body parts....
I only just started "working out". I work out one body part a day and run daily, in the PM and AM respectively. I use 3 to 5 different exercises per body part, usually with 6 sets of 6 to 10 reps. I play many sports now. I've started working out to get ahead of the game. I love to win, and I think working out will help me tremendously.
Why I Love It:
I love working out! Its my third love, Nintendo 64 being my first and Jessica Alba my second. But, seriously, it helps me feel self-confident. After I work out, I feel like I improved myself. And, later, I feel accomplished when I see the results. Plus, working out keeps me healthy. When I work out, I avoid drinking. Alcohol deminishes results. Working out keeps me in good shape, mentally and physically. That's why I love working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to motivating music. For me, that's mostly rap and some rock - really vulgar, obscene songs are the best :) - Cassidy, T.I., Lil Wayne, Guns N Roses, Jeezy, etc. Survivor's "Eye Of The Tiger" is MY anthem.
BB Accomplishments:
My greatest accomplishment was learning to walk. I know its not a bodybuilding accomplishment, but I don't have any of those yet. I really didn't want to leave this box blank. :)

I want to get in better shape for Summer. I want to add a lot of mass and have 7% body fat. I don't know how much work that'll take because I just started working out.
UPDATE I'm modifying my program. Who knows, I might change it completely. I'm looking at 5x5 right now, but I don't know if I can pull it off. I don't have a bench or any barbells at my gym. I go to a boarding school; we have a lot of machines, though. I have some dumbbells too. Any ideas?...
ya i know what you mean about the cardio. BUT, im not really looking for instant results and i do a little bit of cardio just to keep my heart in shape :) thanks for the advice tho!
i really recommend this program http://www.geocities.com/elite madcow1/5x5_Program/Linear_5x5 .htm
i add exercises at the end and in between days im going to post it up in my program section and ill let you know, its gotten me so much stronger then body part per day. trust me i know what im doing.
thats crazy that soccer is in spring cas in my school they are both in fall, but anyways ur program has some pretty bad flaws, first of all you dont train ur legs. they are very important especially in football.
I play guard man. O-line guard and on defense I play guard tackle or guard, just depends. I'm trying to get faster and bigger, just maxed 185 today... not that great, but I figured out I was doing a bad grip for bench that focused too much on my triceps and now i feel like a weak pussy. oh well. you play soccer and tight end? at my school, theyre in the same season.
