How I Started:
I got started working out to get stronger in basketball. Needed to get stronger to play with the guys in High School.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the "pump". When your muscles feel huge. (Trying)Impressing the girls. I love seeing results and other people noticing them too.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing all the overweight people in America and not wanting to become one of them. The mirror. The pump.
