i was 6 foot 5 over weight and no muscle. i was weak!
Why I Love It:
i like slinging big weights around. When you workout, your only competition is yourself. you cannot blame anyone but yourself if you do not reach your goals. Bodybuilding makes you realize what kind of person you are.
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing that each lift makes me stronger.
