What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not stretching, not using proper form and not using proper amount of weight.

Redline Caps, Jet Fuel, Hydroxycut Hardcore, I switch it up to keep my body from getting use to one or the other. These are fat burners (which I definately need) but I use them for the energy purpose, b/c I have fibromyalgia and they help me have normal energy levels.
