How I Started:
A friend was getting married and ask me to be in the wedding. I was at my heaviest weight ever and said, "there is no way I will wear a dress that size!" so I bought it a size smaller to motivate me to lose weight (knowing that it could not be taken out, only in). My goals have changed, but it all began because of the wedding.
Why I Love It:
My health is the best it has ever been! I have Arthritis, Disc Degenerative Disease, Fibromyalgia, Asthma and Depression. I was on nine different perscribed medication when I started this journey, I am now only on two!!! And I LOVE when I see someone I haven't seen in awhile and they say, "I wasn't sure if that was you or not. You look GREAT!!!!"
How I Stay Motivated:
Feeling younger, being more active and looking better in my late 30's than in my teens. 40? BRING IT!!!
BB Accomplishments:
- In the day and age where Obesity is the number on killer and Gastric Bi-Pass is a common house-hold word....going from a size 16 to an 6 NATURALLY! I am smaller now than when I graduated high school (size 11/12).
-Finishing my first 5K in 2007.

Not stretching, not using proper form and not using proper amount of weight.

Redline Caps, Jet Fuel, Hydroxycut Hardcore, I switch it up to keep my body from getting use to one or the other. These are fat burners (which I definately need) but I use them for the energy purpose, b/c I have fibromyalgia and they help me have normal energy levels. Since I have just recently gotten into this lifestyle I have never been to the Arnold before. Yesterday some friends and I went, it was AWESOME!!!!! It is unbelievable to me how many people actually go, we were packed into the expo like sardines!
I just dropped by to say that you look amazing! I want to compliment you on your dedication, determination and achievement especially considering from where you were to where you are now. You are a fantastic example of what can be done when someone decides to do it and are a great inspiration to so many others. I wish you nothing but success. Stay strong, focused and determined.
We are almost equal with the pullups. I can do 5 unassited closed grip but then have to have a assist of 40lbs for the rest. I can't do a single wide grip unassisted. I think they are a great goal to have, I have another and that's unassisted dips...oh sometimes I wish for some male hormone!! well a little..lol
