How I Started:
I used be called palito at a restaurant I was working at, which means skinny in spanish. And one day our beast looking bartender told me may be I should start taking steroids. It made me think...Not to take steroids, but to start working out. I am at GYM since then. Gained 8 pounds a month and half and excited about it:) Its only a beginning...I am new here and excited to be part of this community.
Why I Love It:
Your Body is the most valuable thing u have. Once u get sick, none of your achievements can save you. You should take care of your body. Your body also represents you.Better you look, more confident your are about yourself. More confident you are more likely you are to be successful. Its a reflection of your inner world. Its the message you send to world, that you are not here to fool around:)
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a friend/trainer that I work out with. We talk about bodybuilding a lot to stay motivated...I owe him a lot:)
BB Accomplishments:
I am a hard gainer, but have been successful in gaining 8 pounds of mass in a month and half. I look and feel much better.
