Increase protein and carb intake
My diet needs much improvement, but I think I've made some important first-steps. I try to eat a bowl of oatmeal every morning for breakfast and will soon be adding egg whites to the meal as well. Lunch is my most difficult meal, which often consists of a sandwich containing a protein (meat), veggies, and whole-wheat bread. However, I often skip lunch altogether in favor of a protein shake. Dinner is more consistant and usually contains a protein (chicken or turkey most often) and a mix of veggies and a carb (potato or rice).
