How I Started:
My grandma use to workout alot and she kinda got me into it. She had 22 inch arms and i saw pictures of her being so huge, i just wanted it.
Why I Love It:
for 2 hours i can worry about nothing at all.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always have someone to pin myself against, so i can try to get bigger then everyone i know. So i got a long way too go but i can do it :)
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 200 for the first time was Amazing.
When i got my perfect 8 pack i nearly cried in happyness :)

My body is transforming gradually, and improving in strength each workout it feels. My shoulders have become much larger, and my pecks seem to be much larger. My forearms have been growing as well, finally, And the 8 pack is really starting to show itself. my thighs are increasing more...

Thanks for the offer I may take you up on it in the near future. FYI - my arms aren't as "massive" as they used to be because I've been dropping quite a bit of fat lately. Now the rebuilding happens!

I just stumbled on your profile, but had to comment. Good goal and you've clearly got the frame to add much more mass - stay lean it'd be a shame to lose those abs just for the sake of size. Can't say that I've ever come across someone who was inspired by his grandmother before but it looks like you may have her genes. Keep it up and in a couple years you'll be the one with the 22" arms! Good luck with your goals.

Sorry Gery, I have to disagree with you about getting bigger. Bigger is not always better. You have a great ripped physique. Keep it ripped and symmetrical period!

Both - you need to establish a natural base tan before you get sprayed or apply the tan yourself. (I'd recommend ProTan.)
